Friendly and accomodating I leased a 2019 Rav4 and just reached 5,000 miles on it. Most mornings I notice a grinding when I brake the first few times. I brought it in before I leased a 2019 Rav4 and just reached 5,000 miles on it. Most mornings I notice a grinding when I brake the first few times. I brought it in before the 5,000 check up and they just made an adjustment. It was still grinding and I complained about it at my checkup. They did replace the pads but it is still grinding. If they don't find a solution I won't lease another RAV4. I will probably go back to the Camry. Never had any issues with the Camry. More

He had something he thought might fit her wants/needs, and she was able to purchase something that was absolutely perfect for her the same day. Gerry did everything possible to make this a great experience for our family. We will be back when I'm ready for a new (used) vehicle. More
