Excellent Service/2nd to None I cannot say enough positive remarks for the Top Notch Quality Service I consistently receive from Spartan Toyota in Lansing Michigan. My total Tha I cannot say enough positive remarks for the Top Notch Quality Service I consistently receive from Spartan Toyota in Lansing Michigan. My total Thanks to Terry (Service Assistant), Jed (Mechanic), and last but not least from Joe (Service Director). The ALL do something that seems to be rare now a days. They listen to the customer. Once again they all saved me and my wife headaches down the road. For example this repair could of cost me a engine if it was not repaired in time. Turns out I needed a water pump and it was caught very early and not only repaired it was repaired very fast. In less then a day on a day the shop was quite busy too. So once again I must give my heart felt Thank You toward these men and to the rest of the staff at Spartan Toyota. More
