MIKE DONAGHUE Mike was a wonderful person to deal with when going through the process of getting my first car. My parents had gone through him to get their new car and they loved him so much that we decided to make it a family affair! Mike put up with my indecisiveness as I debated between the RAV4, the Camry and the Corolla. Once I figured out I wanted the RAV4, he was still patient (I think) as I debated which color I wanted! And when there was a miscommunication about the silver RAV4 I had finally decided on, the people at Spartan Toyota went the extra mile (literally) to Grand Rapids to bring back a gray RAV4 for me, which was the color I had originally wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. Mike was honest and up front with us throughout the entire process. Not only that, but he made us laugh a lot too. Which is always a plus. So thank you again to everyone I dealt with at Spartan Toytota, especially Mike. Everyone should buy a car from him!!! Were we surprised! Mike listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and asked questions that helped us refine our search for a new car. After we spent 2 hours with him and did not find what we were looking for, he said he would stay on the job and call us if something came in. Low and behold, that is exactly what he did. Mike found us a 2014 Avalon "Program Car". We loved it and bought it on the spot! Mike arranged for our trade in and the next day we came in and drove home exactly what we wanted. If you haven't guessed it by now...what makes him so different from our prior salesmen experiences? Mike listens!! More
