She had only worked at the dealership a week when we bought our Rav 4, but she was far more educated on the options and pricing then some who have worked at a dealership for many years. CHAD BRYERS OF THE SPARTAN TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT IS EXCELLENT! Chad Bryers in the Service Dept at Spartan Toyota has helped me 3 or 4 times now since I leased my Toyota Corolla in 2012 and his service is excellent Chad Bryers in the Service Dept at Spartan Toyota has helped me 3 or 4 times now since I leased my Toyota Corolla in 2012 and his service is excellent!!!! He knows what he is talking about, is very honest, sincere, straightforward, and will be honest with you and tell you what you need and what you don't. I had issues setting up my bluetooth in my car and when I tried to set it up while driving, it said "not available". As soon as i got there, Chad helped me set it up and explained that the car won't let you set that up while driving! I had no idea. Another service worker I talked to said, "Well, bluetooth,sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." Chad is extremely nice, sweet, polite and understanding and will treat you like you're his own sister. I also needed the Maintenance Light re-set and Chad showed me how to re-set it. Every single time I needed advice on something or help with the car, Chad was incredible. Best customer service I have ever had at a service center including other Toyota dealerships is from Chad Bryers. More

Very Happy!! It was very hard for me to trade in my highlander. I just loveed that vehicle. But Mike took his time with me and we test drove a corolla which was nice, but I just wasnt as comfortable as I was in my highlander. After working with me for several hours I purchased my Camery and a couple days later he called to see if I was happy. I miss my highlander but I needed something better on gas and it was a joy to work with mike. My purchase was made about 11 pm. Mike stayed late to ensure I got the end of the month sale and the price I needed. I would will tell all who are interested in a Toyota to see mMike.:) You did great Mike, thank you for your patience and sensitivity to my attachment to my highlander.
