Great service and support I am not normally someone who buys used cars from dealers. Normally, I work with independent sellers. This time around, however, I chose to wander into the Spartan Toyota dealership, and I ran into Jeremy Herbik. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He wasn't pushy or dishonest, which is what I have experienced in the past in any dealings I had with used car salesmen. During and after the sale, Jeremy stood behind theproduct. In fact, despite the fact that I bought a car with a limited powertrain warranty, Jeremy purchased a new rim to replace a rim on the car that I realized was bent... something obviously not covered by the warranty.
