Jerome Edwards again is the best advisor. The engine light in my car came on and Jerome informed me to bring the car in so service could check it out. After bringing my car in and having it in service for over an hour, it was determined that the part that was need was not in stock. Jerome informs me that a rental car for the night will be made available to me. The next day, the car was repaired and a call from Jerome informing me that the car was repaired at no charge because I had an extended warranty. During the whole experience Jerome could not have been more friending, more accommodating, friendlier, and more service minded. This for me was a very stressful experience because it was so close to the holiday, But Jerome handled the situation very professional. The best part of this experience was that Jerome did not treat me any different than he treats all his other clients.
