Worst dealership experience I’ve had. Brought my wife’s car to fix the air conditioning. The fuse box blew due to their handling of the vehicle. They called informing me that the cost was going up over $500 dollars. When I came to pick the car up, I paid the bill, and respectfully told Jack Spence they should take responsibility for what happens to cars due to their handling. He became rude and visibly upset, opened the door and told me to get out. Then proceeded to get someone from the back, who simply came out saying call the police, call the police, as if had done anything to deserve that. Horrible treatment! More
