Salesman good. I still can’t register the vehicle or license it after 5 weeks. Now I can’t drive it. Turns out the dealership sold me the vehicle before they obtain I still can’t register the vehicle or license it after 5 weeks. Now I can’t drive it. Turns out the dealership sold me the vehicle before they obtained title to it. My county motor vehicle department tells me that isn’t supposed to be done, at least not in Iowa, but maybe Nebraska is different. The sales manager says they’ll cover any tickets, but I’m a commercial driver. Any ticket affects my commercial drivers license and my employer’s Commercial Vehicle Safety Administration rating. I’m sure most people don’t have this issue because the title issue resolves before they’re even aware there could be a problem. In my case, there’s been a delay. More

I ordered a Bronco and communication throughout the waiting process was good. In the end I received the Bronco I wanted and couldn't be happier with the process from the Dealer's side. Very friendly and helpful. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted and I picked it up the next day. While I didn’t get what I wanted from my trade-in I am still happy wit I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted and I picked it up the next day. They continually tried to make up excuses to try and screw me over on my trade-in value. They even tried to make up issues that might or might not happen dow the road as a reason to undercut the value o screw me over on my trade-in value. They even tried to make up issues that might or might not happen dow the road as a reason to undercut the value of my truck. KBB lists a value, the even under cut that by $2,000. Please, if you are buying a car don't allow these guys, or any dealer for that matter to screw you over. I don't know how these guys sleep at night knowing the are screwing the public like this. More
