They continually tried to make up excuses to try and screw me over on my trade-in value. They even tried to make up issues that might or might not happen dow the road as a reason to undercut the value o screw me over on my trade-in value. They even tried to make up issues that might or might not happen dow the road as a reason to undercut the value of my truck. KBB lists a value, the even under cut that by $2,000. Please, if you are buying a car don't allow these guys, or any dealer for that matter to screw you over. I don't know how these guys sleep at night knowing the are screwing the public like this. More
