purchased my used 2015 expedition on June 13th and it was simple gave me what i was thinking I would get for my trade in smooth process no issues with the purchase and the rating is based on that because the simple gave me what i was thinking I would get for my trade in smooth process no issues with the purchase and the rating is based on that because they did make it easy and simple. now the after sale service shortly after. on June 22nd it would not start for my wife I called the dealership, as I was out of town and they said the best thing to do was to call and have it towed to the nearest ford dealership, well I figured 5 years old probably the original battery and it would not be covered by the extended warranty, when i got home that Friday on the 26th I opened the hood and pulled back the red cover on the positive battery post and it was corroded very bad the clamp lug was burnt in two I had to replace that and the battery called the dealership before I did anything and they replied what is it you want us to do, what would you like to see us do, the salesman said they would talk to there manager and get back with me and that did not happen, more or less what I got out of it was its my problem, when I opened the hood the engine was real clean but I did not look under the cover over the battery post. and I would assume they never either as you don't think they would have just left it? More
