Herman was very friendly and courteous. I had talked with him on the phone and set up an appointment to drive a specific vehicle. Upon arrival he came and introduced himself, we (myself, my daughter an with him on the phone and set up an appointment to drive a specific vehicle. Upon arrival he came and introduced himself, we (myself, my daughter and my son)introduced ourselves and went on to look at and test drive the vehicle. Herman was aware that I planned to test drive several other vehicles at different dealerships. He did not attempt to talk me out of this and did not attempt to downgrade any other vehicle that I was going to test drive which I appreciated very much! We test drove the vehicle and expressed our likes to him and told him we were going to go test drive the other vehicles. Ultimately we came back to purchase the Ford Edge and Herman came back out to greet us remember all of our names. Herman then assisted in the pricing of the vehicle, the trade-in and all paperwork. Herman was great to work with and he is currently looking for another vehicle for my daughter. More

From the initial conversation with Mr. Kolm his customer service was outstanding. Everything he promised me he was able to follow through with.
