I loved my experience at Atchley Ford with Herman Shields! He presented the exact car I was looking for regardless it was used, I didn't care lol, and he gave us a deal that my father and i could not Shields! He greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles features. We went to look at one more place for a car at Rusty Eck Ford here in Omaha/Millard and it was a false impression i felt from the start from that salesman, but my father insisted that i be responsible and choose the right car for the amount. No way i was buying a car regardless it was less than the model Herman showed us for the crudiness I received from the salesman who lied just to try to get my business because I am still young and my father left the room. A few days later I contacted Herman, and it happened to be his day off, to see if the vehicle was still available. Herman was greatful to help me in the process of finding what the best deal he could offer and putting the car on hold til i came to a decision with my father. That amazed me. No one has to do their job on their day off, he could of referred me to bug him another day, but he didn't turn me away and thats priceless. Even though i was looking to save money on maybe a base model of a Ford Fiesta, but the cost is trumped when you receive the rare and genuine service Herman provided. The next day we came in and purchased the car painlessly!! He had the paperwork ready and explained that the warranty was new, unlike what the last salesman told me it wouldn't be if i purchased the car used (whatever). He also made my father and I feel like family because my father knows his father and it was a reunion in the office as well! I felt like Hermans heart was more with the customer service he offered rather than the amount of commission he would receive and my father and I had a great first impression from the get go, I am so glad I returned to Atchley Ford. The financing part, painless, and I didn't get the run around of "why don't you add this today" schpeel from him either like i did from Rusty Eck when I done told the guy Im financing through my bank the end. I felt violated at Rusty Eck, and I will never do business with them even if they had the most affordable luxury car in the world. Herman offered to have my car washed as well whenever i needed it and that the service department is available if I needed to get my car fixed. Even if I wouldn't take him up on that offer, he still went above and beyond for someone like me who wants to save as much money as possible. He should be commended for his service and personable skills. I actually plan to keep my business at Atchley Ford as long as the service stays the same and Herman as well is still there. Your dealership made my year and I am most definetely purchasing my mustang in the near future from you as well, not kidding. More

I was a little worried about going back to the finance office as i always dread them upselling plans that I don't need. TJ was awesome. He explained everything and in a very timely manner. It was totally painless. He was so organized and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt so comfortable and at ease.
