The only reason being that I had purchased my 2010 Ford Focus there and had received information in the mail about refinancing or trading up. I found Rusty Eck Ford to be unprofessional and undesirable to deal with. I am sorry I even entertained the thought of going anywhere other than Atchley. I will never make that mistake again. I will be coming back to Atchley and Joe when I am ready to trade my current vehicle in. I was so happy with how Joe took care of me that I have recommended him to everyone that I know.
