The only downside to my experience was that it was the last day of the month, so the end of the current "special", and close to closing time, and he was busy with several customers at once. I guess I expected more one-on-one attention. And my wait to see the finance manager to close the sale was extremely long -- again, because it was the last day of the month. The exact vehicle I wanted had been loaned out, so I had to wait 3 days to get it. It was delivered to my house, which was great, but I had to go back to the dealership to have some of the features explained & set up. More
