Friendly, but did not get what I paid for (and wasn't told) This was only my second visit and I was greeted very warmly the staff. They were quick and efficient. However, I was going in for a tire rotation and an oil change. I made sure to mark my front driver's air tire cap with red nail polish to make sure that they actually rotated my tires (my dad had had a recent visit to Buick Woodhouse where they charged him for rotating his tires but didn't). I was originally told that it would take about 45 minutes to an hour and that was fine. But about 20 minutes later, I was told my car was ready to go. I paid and upon leaving, I checked out my driver's side front tire and sure enough, the red nail polish was still on the cap. I said something to the service manager and he checked with the mechanic, who said that they only rotated my passenger side tires because my driver's said had slightly more tread on the front than the back (6 on the front vs. 5.5 on the back I was told). So they kept the tires as is on the driver's side. But I was still charged for a FULL tire rotation and was not informed of what happened until I asked. I can only hope that I actually got my oil changed but I'm not exactly confident of that at this point. Everyone was nice, but I can't help but feel slighted for 1) not being told about the lack of service and 2) being charged the full amount for it. More
