The whole team I dealt with at Woody was fantastic, but I’d like to give a special thanks to Mike Rancharan. Coming from out of state, I was worried that the process was going to be a headache, but Mike an I’d like to give a special thanks to Mike Rancharan. Coming from out of state, I was worried that the process was going to be a headache, but Mike and the team at Woody made purchasing our new vehicle simple and seamless. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. He worked with me on getting a fair price on our extended warranty, and he was also able to get us way more than I expected on our trade in. He actually spent more time going over all the bells and whistles on our new Yukon than it took to do all our paperwork, which I really appreciated, because I would’ve been lost! The whole process was a pleasurable experience, and I would highly recommend Mike and Woody GMC/Buick of Gurnee to anyone who’s in the market for a new vehicle. Great people! More
