When we arrived the sales rep came to greet us and while looking for cars in the parking lot, he took a phone call without excusing himself so I had to continue looking at the cars on my own and when he was looking for cars in the parking lot, he took a phone call without excusing himself so I had to continue looking at the cars on my own and when he was done, he caught up with me. Sales rep is not well informed about additional vehicle protection packages. We had to ask many questions until it was clarified. Also hesitant on incentives available. We were told the sales rep usually doesn’t come to the drive tests, but this time he had to (why?). Same morning, pWe had a 12:00 appointment at the Schaumburg buick dealership to see a red envista avenir, but as we were paying cash, the ST was our best option due to price (so we had plenty of time to cancel Schaumburg’s appointment. We only had 2 options on dealerships with red envistas, Gurnee (ST) and Schaumburg (Avenir). Once the transactions were finalized and the certified check was turned in and we were about to leave the parking lot, the sales rep told us that he wasn’t sure if to believe the Schaumburg appointment was true or not. We took that comment very offensive. The trade in offer also came $1000 below what we researched. Left the dealership with a real bad taste in our mouth. However, the finance manager was extremely courteous and took his time to explain all documents including additional car protection packages. More

Vanessa has great at following up with me on the arrival of the vehicle I had been eyeing and comparing to with other dealerships.
