The experience with the sales manager and the finance manager were not what I expected. These individuals could do better at understanding the buyers POV and not increase stress and pressure that is alr manager were not what I expected. Once I declined the extended warranty, the finance manager was very short and rude and didn’t even offer to shake my hand after the transition.
