We originally came in just for service on our Acadia and planned to casually explore Yukon options - we definitely didn’t expect to drive ho always. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and handled everything very professionally. Even though we initially had a different trim and configuration in mind, he found an even better option that fit our needs perfectly and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. In the 40 years, I have been buying cars, and being the general manager of a car dealership, this dealership has the worst salesforce I have ever dealt with. If you are trying to buy a car from the dealers general manager of a car dealership, this dealership has the worst salesforce I have ever dealt with. If you are trying to buy a car from the dealership online, forget it! The sales people are rude and do not get back to you. I asked for a manager to call me and they just blew me off.
