I own a ram 1500 and found it to have an issue that was covered under a service bulletin. I reached out to between 5-10 ram dealerships. I either got no response, a response from a sales person trying to g covered under a service bulletin. I reached out to between 5-10 ram dealerships. I either got no response, a response from a sales person trying to get me to trade truck in, or told I would receive a call back and never did. I eventually got to MAG. Their service department has been the best and easiest to deal with. They have went above and beyond to make sure my truck is ready to continue. More

I bought my SUV online through the pictures, but when I truck I found hail damage and a dent in the door that I could not see in the pictures presented online.
