Terrible experience, I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is the first bad review I have ever given. Left two messages with service department with no return call, after calling the third time I schedu This is the first bad review I have ever given. Left two messages with service department with no return call, after calling the third time I scheduled a drop off. Took my Ram in for 2 issues I thought were covered by warranty. First issue was the DEF gauge was not working properly and secondly I could not get the 110 volt plug in to work in the bed. They forgot to look at the 110 volt plug issue so I had to call back and remind them. DEF gauge was a software issue and the 110 volt plug worked but you had to turn it on through a button on the dash. I was charged a “diagnostic fee” of $179. For the service department to push a button on the dashboard. I admit I should have done my research on how the outlet works but that seems excessive. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and I will never be returning to do any business. More

Woodys has done a wonderful job repairing my truck. Had a leak on the rear differential plug. Brooks did everything that he could to make sure that it got fixed.
