They lie to make a sale Not even two months ago I found a Subaru at woody's that I wanted to look into. The price was fair for the vehicle displayed. I live 3 hours away and didn't have a vehicle to go test drive. I took Andy's word that the car had no problems and was told that if I put $500 down, they could hold it for me until I was able to make it to test drive and then until I received my tax return to put another $3500 as down. I get a phone call saying that the car had been damaged since the photo. When I tried negotiating I was told they would only deduct the price of the damage if I bought the extra insurance they offer. I got upset and told him that I would not purchase it at the original stated price. He agreed to bring it down some and even bring down my interest rate. I thought it was a good deal and put the $500 down. When I arrived, everything seemed fine with the vehicle. I asked if there were any engine problems and if the brakes were fine. He said their team checked it and it cleared. I purchased the vehicle and was very happy, until I arrived to my home. I decided to check the oil just for safe measure and it was completely dry! I called them to tell them and all he had to say was, "well I'm sorry to hear that." Just yesterday I went to have my brakes checked because of some scratching sound. The mechanic told me my pads AND rotors are shot. I have a 4 month old, I purchased this vehicle because I needed something safe to drive him around in. Selling someone a vehicle with no oil and bad brakes while they have a child there right in front of you should never happen. Very unhappy with Woody's Automotive. More

There was no pressure; it really seemed like they were in the deal to make it a good experience for me and end the transaction with me leaving happy, not feeling like I had been swindled. I reasearched it out thoroughly before hand, and the only prices better for like vehicle model, age, and mileage had salvage or flood titles. Everyone I talked to there was friendly. It was the best experience I have had purchasing a car to date. More
