Third time that I have picked up my RAM truck and it had oil dripping off the undercarriage. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation, Darren, the service representative, is good about taking car oil dripping off the undercarriage. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation, Darren, the service representative, is good about taking care of the issue when I notice it. It should not have to be done every single time, I bring my vehicle in though. Not only that, they just rotate the tires, don’t check tire pressure, just assume I run same air pressure in all four tires. Not the case at all. Taking your vehicle to a dealership for anything other than warranty work is like going to the doctor for a cold. You are asking for trouble and guaranteed to get a big bill for next to nothing being done. More
