Last two service appointments I dealt with Fabian Nunez, who I gotta say by far has been the best person I’ve dealt with at this location. Meaning at this location because I dealt with World Jeep for years who I gotta say by far has been the best person I’ve dealt with at this location. Meaning at this location because I dealt with World Jeep for years and now it’s circle and so far the service has been excellent. My family have been dealing with this location for over 10 years purchasing five vehicles and I got to say service was subpar but ever since dealing with Fabian Nunez my rear main seal was fixed properly and I am very happy with the results and the attention I’ve been getting. It took over a week to get my warranty authorized and I never got a call from the dealership advising me of the status of my vehicle until it was finished.
