Over a 24 hour period leading up to 11/30/2016, (the actual purchase date), I contacted several dealerships trying to assess what they had in inventory, best purchase price on a new Ram 1500 and what I would get for my 13 year old trade. I had a number that I needed to get to budget wise. I contacted each dealership through their internet/BDC and while most folks I corresponded with were kind, some were just really scripted. At World Ram, I came in contact with Ms. Ivon Lopez who really seemed honest, genuine and personable. A person that would go the extra step and she really did. Ivon introduced me to my sales specialist Mr. Mike Superti who really went the extra mile as well and worked hard to make me a satisfied customer and stayed well beyond closing to make a great deal happen. Finally, both the Sales Manager Gary ? and James Dellow the Finance Manager couldn't be any nicer and again genuine, neither pushy and no unexpected surprises. I left a very happy customer with no regrets! I fully recommend the dealership, Ivon, Mike, James and Gary. I stopped by to drop my title off today and everyone again couldn't be nicer! We did the entire deal via email including the finance application, couldn't be easer with no upsale, no pressure, car was ready when I arrived, signed a few pages and left with my new Ram and I'm very happy with the deal! My World Jeep Experience Had a great experience from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Chris met us at the door and offered his assistance. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and offered us the opportunity for a test drive. When we returned from our test drive, he had the next vehicle pulled up front and ready for us to test out. We ultimately decided to take the second vehicle. The paperwork went smoothly, along with the closing of the deal. The entire sales process went well, I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying the Jeep that moment being we were thinking about taking the rest of the weekend to think about it. In the end, I decided to complete the sale that day. More
