I complains to service manager who offered half off while was not acceptable to me....still outrageous. So World Jeep recharged the full amount! Never again after 4 leases/purchases from World am so done. More

Used car purchase I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban from the Jeep dealership. In my conversation the salesperson told me there was a 3,000 bumper-to-bumper wa I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban from the Jeep dealership. In my conversation the salesperson told me there was a 3,000 bumper-to-bumper warranty so if anything popped up to just let them know. Shortly after leaving the dealership (within five minutes) I realize that the navigation was not working. I received confirmation both via email and verbally over the phone that I would be able to bring the vehicle back and it would be repaired for me. Due to the dealership being located approximately one hour from my home, and already on my way home, I asked the sales person over the telephone if it would be OK that I brought it back in approximately two weeks when I would be back in the same town. He assured me again that this would be fine. When I arrived two weeks later to have it looked at the sales person pretending to act like he did not know what happened and the assistant sales manager said that there was no proof so they would be taking care of it. When I showed her the email that I had sent and the reply she said she would go and talk to the sales person. She then returned after a short period of time stating that in the state of New Jersey once you sign the contract the vehicle is yours and that they would not be doing anything in regard to repairing the vehicle. Fortunately, the assistant service manager had been present the entire time. When he heard the assistant sales manager’s response he went and got the manager of the service department. After speaking very briefly with him he told me not to worry about anything and that the service department would take care of it. The service department held true to their word and went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was corrected and to do so at my convenience. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this jeep dealership as I determined I was unable to believe anything they said (or put in an email) but hold the service department in highest regard. First I was told that that battery terminals were seriously corroded, no corrosion was found. I was told that the air cleaner was needing replacement, it was only replaced 3OOO miles earlier. Third,I was told that the transmission cooling pipes were leaking and needed to be replaced at the cost of almost $400, but showed no signs of a leak until they replaced the transmission. 5000 miles earlier, very disappointing. Mixed.experiences here. I'd taken my Chrysler here for service throughout the lifespan of the car. Positives: lovely staffing, polite, and respectful. And every now and then one of them will go over and beyond like Daniela who secured a car rental through the dealership when my car failed 2 days before Christmas last year. I will never forget her kindness to my family and I. Negatives: well, it's a dealership. They make their money on service and on occasion that is contrary to the customer's interests. I had a lifetime power train warranty on my vehicle. It was near the end of it's life, but I was trying to keep it on the road for a few more months so brought it in for a brake job. It was suggested they do a free inspection as it was required every few years to keep the warranty in force with the understanding that if I don't maintain the car and do the repairs, the warranty would be void. Well, I got a call telling me the car needed $3200 in repairs for the warranty to remain in force. It brought tears to my eyes and my friends in the auto business told me they just got greedy looking at the well-to-do town I live in on my paperwork. I ended up getting the brake job for $190 less than their estimate elsewhere and declined service, picking up my car the next day. I'd planned to trade my car in for a Subaru at the dealership, loving the Subaru loaners. But my final experience turned me off and I ended up going for a very different new car at a dealership closer to me who did all they could to help me get into a new vehicle. My recommendation is keep your eyes wide open and do all the repairs you can elsewhere if possible. More

Truly service with a smile I arrived early, they service my truck in under an hour, this included an exterior washing of the truck. This was also a free service as I bought the vehicle at this dealership, so all in all a very good experience. Only 4 stars for two reasons, they always leave that paper mat in the truck after they are done, I guess so the owner knows they took the time to use the mat. I trust you please remove the paper mat when you are done and secondly they parked my truck so close to the vehicle next to it I had to get in through the passenger door. The guy who parked it must have been the skinniest guy there!!! All in all though this dealership always does a nice job. More
