We called and Trace answered and we set up an appointment for my (16) year old son and I to visit to look at the car we had seen on cars.com Trace was very accommodating to our needs and schedule. We went for a test drive and Trace did a really great job of explaining all of the features and benefits and answered all of our questions. Once we decided we wanted it Trace even stayed an hour past closing time to make sure we had everything we need and sent us off. It was a great experience and my son's first car.
