A little manipulation and leg pulling by the finance department, ask plenty of questions and make sure everything is thoroughly explained to you before you sign any paperwork. The dealership was very friendly and accommodating and was willing to negotiate a reasonable price. The car was clean and ready for me to test drive. The reason I gave them a "4" on some items is that I felt that they didn't know the particular car I was buying -- they had the carfax, but was unaware of any current issues or servicing I might need. I took it to an experienced mechanic who pointed out a major problem with the airbag sensor/system and a few more minor problems. So my main complaint is that the vehicle was not checked in advance by a mechanic -- which is something I would likely have gotten had I gone to a full service car dealership. On the other hand, the buying experience was easy, the staff very friendly and the paperwork was done quickly. So overall I give them about a 4.5 / 5. I would definitely go to them again for my next car, but this time would insist on taking the car to a mechanic before I bought it. More
