I've bought my share of cars to know a good deal and a good car, so when I bought my car a few weeks ago after days and weeks of endless searching to find my E-Class Mercedes, not only was I impressed wit good car, so when I bought my car a few weeks ago after days and weeks of endless searching to find my E-Class Mercedes, not only was I impressed with this cars' rare options but Steve and Jason made it an easy non-pressure transaction, and I didn't have to meet twelve managers to pressure me into a decision, the options and condition of this car was all I needed to decide to buy this car, and not to mention the price. This stores staff unlike the bigger stores down the street were very friendly and professional. All in all wish I came to WCMC first to save myself the hassle of the whole car shopping experience. The dealership and their staff went out of there way to help us make this purchase, their finance manager Ed, was very honest and toke the time to explain all warranty and finance options, we drove 65 miles to buy this car from this dealership. Called Justin on Thursday to discuss the MB R500. He acknowledged that the car was there and invited me to come in for a test drive. I was unable to go on Friday due to other commitments, but Saturday acknowledged that the car was there and invited me to come in for a test drive. I was unable to go on Friday due to other commitments, but Saturday morning would be great. My wife, son, and I head to the dealership on Saturday. It is a small dealership,but the people are great. We were greeted when we walked in and was told that Justin was on the phone and would be with us shortly. Justin greets us and grabs the key for us to inspect the car. After a quick test drive we go inside to discuss final numbers. The negotiating process was not bad at all. I have never negotiated in such a polite manner (both parties were very understanding of one another) in my entire life. Once the final price was agreed upon we worked with Ed (finance guy) to finish up the transaction. We had our own financing which made this part of the process great. Ed was nice enough to give me a 20 minute crash course on extended warranties. He was very thorough. Overall my experience was great. I will recommend Justin to all of my friends. More

I have already recommended Steve/WC to one of my partners who also likes to drive distinctive sport/luxury cars without paying the new car depreciation premium. I will start my next search for a late model (550?) sedan with Steve in the next 6 to nine months. More

For example, I forgot the garage door opener in my trade-in, and Steve went out of his way to go get it and mail it to me, along with a replacement part that was missing on the Infiniti QX56 I was purchasing. I bought online with the $$$ upfront on the condition that the vehicle was all it was purported as being. Being from Canada we went by train to Chicago stayed the night and brought the vehicle home the n that the vehicle was all it was purported as being. I emphasized that we needed to make the trip back to the border in time to process the vehicle on the US side. (4PM) The paperwork guy did not feel the need to get into work any earlier than normal hours so we missed our time. Had to park FX35 on US side and return following day, arg!! The salesman however was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership as well as recommend them. I feel that Steve deserves a courteous 5/5, the paperwork guy an arrogant 3/5, the overall dealership only a 4/5 because we also had to wait for the vehicle ownership papers to arrive and the vehicle was out in a snowbank instead of inside and prepped for Monday morning when they knew I was going to be there first thing. The vehicle is all that Steve reported it to be. This 2008 FX35 took me to Florida and back already. The only thing it requires is professional detailing work on the white finish.
