Outstanding customer service We purchased 2008 Lexus LS460 from WCM. That was our first ever purchase there. It was a pleasure to deal with a normal not a pushy salesperson. Most We purchased 2008 Lexus LS460 from WCM. That was our first ever purchase there. It was a pleasure to deal with a normal not a pushy salesperson. Most of dealers have really pushy, sometimes even more than annoying employees. For us, working with Swavek was a very nice experience. From the beginning, Swavek paid attention to our requirements and specific needs. He helped us to deal with the purchase process, like financing and terms of financing. We spent couple hours there but it went by pretty fast and it was very efficient. After purchase, dealer made sure that the car we bought had a clean interior and exterior. We would absolutely recommend this dealer to our friends and family members. If we decide to make another purchase in the future, we will definitely consider inventory of this dealer and working with Swavek again (bilingual person it's always a plus if it comes to important purchases like a car or house). Great Service! I purchased a 2011 BMW X5 from World class Motorcars last week and I have to say, it was a great experience. This place isn't your typical used car de I purchased a 2011 BMW X5 from World class Motorcars last week and I have to say, it was a great experience. This place isn't your typical used car dealership with pushy salespersons. WCMC has a large selection of high-end cars and SUVs and their prices are lower than any dealership in the Chicagoland area, believe me I have done my research! I came in the dealership about a month ago and spoke with Moe in sales and he was very, very nice and friendly, and not pushy at all. He helped me test-drive an X5, I got all the information I needed from him and I left to continue my research for the best car I can find at the right price. I only got a message from him the following day to thank me for stopping by and that was it; unlike other salesmen in the other dealerships that keep on calling, texting, and emailing. I still get those calls to this day! When I visited the dealership again last week, Moe greeted me with a big smile, I asked to test-drive another X5 and he quickly helped me out. I liked the car, I liked the price, but there was a minor maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of and he assured me, as well as the manager at the time, Shady, that the car will come off the lot at a perfect condition. and it did. the took care of the small maintenance issue expeditiously while I was taking care of the paperwork. They even bought me, and a couple other customers, lunch while I was waiting. I had my own financing approved with my bank with a very good interest rate. Bert, the one who handles the paperwork and finance just asked me with no pressure if I'm open to him trying to get me an even better interest rate through the dealership. I said go ahead, and indeed, he was able to get me an even better rate than what I had. he also assisted me in purchasing an extended warranty plan (a must have with cars like these) at a very good price. it was the best warranty plan similar to the bumper-to-bumper covarage you would get from a new car dealership. Overall, Moe, Bert, and the entire staff were absolutely a delight to deal with and made the purchase stress free. I would definitely recommend WCMC and Moe as a salesperson, and I will be buying from them again. More
