Best possible outcome SO couple years ago I bought a SUV, was good, served its purpose but I have a pickup already so it was time for something different. Saw they had a 5t SO couple years ago I bought a SUV, was good, served its purpose but I have a pickup already so it was time for something different. Saw they had a 5th gen SS with low low miles so I called and talked to Norris about it. With covid-19 and my schedule being as it is, we did mostly everything through email, text and phone and it wasn't confusing. He knew his stuff and anything I needed to do was easy to understand and get done. I ended up getting a day off and Norris came in on his day off to deliver that car for me. Quick test drive, traded in my SUV and started the paperwork and Jordan worked her magic because I definitely didn't make it easy for her end but she got me under what I wanted to pay monthly and was a pleasure to work with also. All and all I got into the car I wanted for a while and I got out of what I didn't need and I pay what I had hoped I could get it to. Cant thank them enough, seriously feels like the best money ive ever spent :D More
