Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation I was there 1.5 hours. Had inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They said they couldn't offer a free car wash since it was Saturday but I could I was there 1.5 hours. Had inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Great service Went to get my ball joint looked at after it failed inspection somewhere else. Ball joint was completely covered by my extended warranty. They fixed i Went to get my ball joint looked at after it failed inspection somewhere else. Ball joint was completely covered by my extended warranty. They fixed it in 1 hour and had me out the door. Only thing I would say is the first 2 times I called I had asked if it would be covered under my warranty and a receptionist asked a man who said no not after 30-some thousand... but I was persistent and kept asking and finally came in to be looked at and it was 100% covered. So... I would have paid 300$ out of pocket if I hadn't kept asking. Also, to use the warranty you have to be willing to pay an expensive diagnostic fee if what is wrong with your vehicle is not covered. Seems the thousands for a warranty should definitely cover that diagnostic fee or it should be way less. Scott went over extending my warranty. Efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Overall service is always great, efficient, pleasant and quality. Bought my car here and would do so again. Theresa is 5/5 stars always does the best job for the customer. More
