On site, I dealt with Teresa Eichner (Service Manager). Teresa was pleasant to deal with and communicated with my multiple times during the day to keep me posted on progress and offer options with regard to necessary and/or potential repairs. More

Good service sloppy techician Everything was great until I went to get in my car to Leave.. First there was greasy finder prints on the outside of my door, second there was dried m Everything was great until I went to get in my car to Leave.. First there was greasy finder prints on the outside of my door, second there was dried marks of blood on the almond leather drivers seat, thirdly the seat was moved all the way back and reclined and never returned to initial position and lastly there was shoe scuff marks on the inside of my door and trim. I expect my car to be In better condition not worse when I take it to the dealership for service, that's why I take it there.. Very disappointed. More

6:49pm July 8 Parked in handicapped spot with handicapped card hanging from mirror. Watched as people came and went. Asked about car and was told it was coming. Parked in handicapped spot with handicapped card hanging from mirror. Watched as people came and went. Asked about car and was told it was coming. After more time passed, I looked out to see my car parked up the steps on the hill. Waited and waited but no one came for me. More people came and went. Finally 20 minutes after I saw the car parked on the hill, the guy hands me (holding a cane) the keys. He points up the steps and says," It is up there." I hold up my cane and point to the handicapped card seen in the window. Asked why it took so long, he said he had to write up a rental. He went and brought the car down to me. To top it off, this email was sent to my Son's email. He was very mad at me because he thought I gave it out. I did not. Don't know how you got it. My email is ibird@juno.com. Went out of their way to find and solve my problem. Had to take my 2014 Altima for a transmission issue. Some difficulty diagnosing the problem but Theresa in the service department and service manager Had to take my 2014 Altima for a transmission issue. Some difficulty diagnosing the problem but Theresa in the service department and service manager were persistent. Turned out to be the transmission module and when I drove the car home I was happy! They provided me with a loaner vehicle and it didn't cost me anything. I really appreciated not being told there was nothing wrong. I've always been happy with my service at Wright Nissan. More
