Wyatt Johnson GMC - Service Center

my truck went into the shop due to the four wheel drive not working March of 2022. the car was in the shop for over a week and nothing got fixed. I didn't even have my car back for 24 hours and somehow the not working March of 2022. the car was in the shop for over a week and nothing got fixed. I didn't even have my car back for 24 hours and somehow the whole motor blew!!! it has been in the shop since late March 2022. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR BACK. it has been 9 MONTHS!!!! they did NOTHING to help me get my family a vehicle to drive for the last 9 months. they would go months without updating me. and now they say it's finally almost ready and still expect me to be happy to pay for extra things. I will NEVER EVER bring another vehicle to any Wyatt Johnson. I will say this has literally been the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. shame on all you you. More

Had three problems with my car. They got me out the door and it stayed fixed long enough for Wyatt-Johnson to cash my $3,000 check. I had problems with the car that weren’t there wh They got me out the door and it stayed fixed long enough for Wyatt-Johnson to cash my $3,000 check. I had problems with the car that weren’t there when I brought it in. No leaks. Took it there then the water pump was leaking. $500+ for a water pump that was NOT leaking when I took it in. Engine light was on. They got it to go off for a couple days. Back on now. Engine slows right down when gas pressed. Stalls at traffic lights now. Clunking in the front end. $1,500 later clunking came back in a few days. Thought I’d pay a lot but I also thought at least it will get fixed right. Boy was I wrong. Take your car to Wyatt-Johnson if you got a few thousand dollars you don’t need and don’t need your car fixed, and to get it back with MORE problems than you had before “trusting them with your service”. Yeah right. More
