HAD A 1PM APPT. TO TEST DRIVE AND IF LIKED TO PURCHASE A TRUCK. CONFIRMED APPT. THAT MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE WAS SOMEBODY INTERESTED IN THE SAME VEHICLE. I WAS TO TEST DRIVE AND IF LIKED TO PURCHASE A TRUCK. CONFIRMED APPT. THAT MORNING ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE WAS SOMEBODY INTERESTED IN THE SAME VEHICLE. I WAS THEN TOLD IT WAS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED DEALERSHIP. IM 3 HOURS AWAY WITH CASHIERS CHECK AND PERSONAL CHECK IN HAND AND ON THE WAY. A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AWAY RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM SALESMAN THAT SOMEBODY IS IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING THE VEHICLE. I TURNED AROUND AND DROVE BACK 2 HOURS. GOING STRAIGHT TO THE BANK TO RETURN THE CHECK AND CLOSE OUT THE LOAN PROCESS. MY CREDIT WAS DINGED AND I LOST MY 3.99 FINANCING BECASUE A SALESMAN COULDNT TELL THE LOCAL BUYER SOMETHING AROUND 1:30. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! AND THE UNBELIEVABLE SLOW PROCESS OF GETTING THEM TO SEND THE BANK REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN A TIMELY ORDER. TOOK THEM 5 DAYS, THE VEHICLE COULD OF BEEN BOUGHT TUESDAY. THATS NOT COUNTING A DAYS LOST PAY FOR ME AND 2 DAYS FOR MY WIFE AS THEY COULD NOT GET IT TOGETHER!!!! More
