Glad the tire was able to get fixed. Too bad it took nearly 2 hrs for assessment and repair. Would be even better if it was a plug & repair. Too bad it took nearly 2 hrs for assessment and repair. Would be even better if it was a plug & repair. More
The employees are always friendly and helpful. The lounge is comfortable and spacious. Free bottled water and coffee is a really nice touch. The lounge is comfortable and spacious. Free bottled water and coffee is a really nice touch. More

My experience has caused me to lose trust in the people who are recommending maintenance. I've been told my brakes are good (April 5th) and two weeks later had to replace brakes and rotors (April 15th). My who are recommending maintenance. I've been told my brakes are good (April 5th) and two weeks later had to replace brakes and rotors (April 15th). My daughter brought her car in for oil and tire rotation, was told brakes were good. Less than 24 hours later, after driving home and back, came in for recall work and technician told her she needs new brakes. Most recently my car has been reported with a possible oil leak and offered to diagnose for a fee... which I declined. Then my wife's car was reported to have an oil leak on her next oil change, by the same person who took my car back. Neither of our cars are leaving oil in the driveway (which is new concrete) nor do they show low oil levels. My guess is that someone is boosting his/her commission. More
