Took my Rav4 in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM. Got out of there at 12.26 PM. Just remember if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean you will get right in. There could be 20 vehicles in front of you. Very misleading. More

I was feeling hopeless about being able to trade my car in and get a payment I could afford but Jesus Briceno made sure that when I left I had a reason to feel hope again.
