The service was quick I showed up well before my appointment and it was no issue additionally no one tried to sell me an professional and delightful. The video that was texting to me told me absolutely nothing just showed someone filling the washer fluid that's all I believe the intent was to make me feel good about the inspection and service, needs more work. Appointment was at 10:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t leave until 12:15. They were allowing all kinds of walk ins. Either prioritize your appointments or don’t take walk ins.
