Lied to me about my brake pads was offered a xx recommendation. When I declined the xx Up sale the rep puts a derogatory statement on my vehicles history saying I declined the xx recommendation to recommendation. When I declined the xx Up sale the rep puts a derogatory statement on my vehicles history saying I declined the xx recommendation to change my rear brake pads that were at '3MM'. So I drove 3 and half hours to the dealership I bought the truck from to have them put a video on my vehicles history of the Multiple point inspection where my break pads are 6mm+ just incase I run into any issues from the xx recommendation. Oh!! The Multiple Point inspection was also complementary from them where as I had to pay for yall to lie about me an how I maintain my vehicle... Absolutely offended an disgusted with this experience More

Made an oil change appointment around a month in advance but still had to wait 3 hours.
