I had an appointment for an oil change only. I was there for 2.5 hours. The only reason for my 5 rating was Josh, my service advisor. There was confusion back in the service bays. I was left in the dust from my service person Amanda Sans who was supposedly training a very nice person who she sent off to go to lunch before completing my service, which wasn't. I had to ask several other service people. She told me someone will be giving me my original key then she left to go to lunch. I saw my car waiting to be picked up but wasn't sure if it was mine. Ms. Jacque came to help me. She found my key just sitting on a podium. She checked if it was mine before giving it to me. If it wasn't for her I'd be waiting for who knows how long. After waiting for my car to be serviced for 2.5 hours waiting any longer would've been...who knows. I gave a 3 star because everyone else I encounter with was a 5 for service but Amanda is a zero star. She probably needs to be retrained or fired if this is her norm. More
