My service advisor (Josh Cross) was horrible. I was at the dealership for 4 hours before they finally finished my service. I had a 25,000 mile checkup & don’t know why it took 4 hours. Service Manager should be fired. This is unacceptable and should never happen. I came in for a basic service (oil change, inspection, and software update) and was already waiting for an hour and a half when I simply walked up to the desk to ask why my vehicle hadn’t even made it into the shop yet. If possible I will take my vehicle to any place besides here and will never buy from any Wyatt Johnson dealership due to the fact of the poor customer service!!! I will go out of my way to tell people to never buy from Wyatt Johnson or use their service shops!!! More
