My service advisor (Josh Cross) was horrible. I was at the dealership for 4 hours before they finally finished my service. I had a 25,000 mile checkup & don’t know why it took 4 hours. Josh had no answer for me, he just said that he was new. He kept saying he was new. He should have had an experience person with him during the process, so he could have asked that person questions. He also over charged me & I’m still trying to get that fixed, but no one is calling me back. More
Service Manager should be fired. I showed up at 7:36 for an 8:00 appointment and she told me that since I showed up early I was put into cue with the all the other drivers-up and tha I showed up at 7:36 for an 8:00 appointment and she told me that since I showed up early I was put into cue with the all the other drivers-up and that my appointment was no longer valid. This is unacceptable and should never happen. I came in for a basic service (oil change, inspection, and software update) and was already waiting for an hour and a half when I simply walked up to the desk to ask why my vehicle hadn’t even made it into the shop yet. If possible I will take my vehicle to any place besides here and will never buy from any Wyatt Johnson dealership due to the fact of the poor customer service!!! I will go out of my way to tell people to never buy from Wyatt Johnson or use their service shops!!! More

As a senior citizen on social security I felt pressured to have all the services performed at the risk of negatively impacting my warranty. More
