Already have Call me I made my appointment with Mary around 0930hrs. The day Of. Appointment time was 1230hrs. I arrived approximately 1214hrs. Waited about 8 min. For svc. Advisor to come to me. She to around 0930hrs. The day Of. Appointment time was 1230hrs. I arrived approximately 1214hrs. Waited about 8 min. For svc. Advisor to come to me. She took pic mileage and said you are here for an oil change i said yes mobil 1 synthetic . She asked if I was dropping of or staying i stated I told the young lady Mary when made the appointment I was waiting. She said no Problem then i was told it was about. A 3 hour Wait!!?? This isn't rocket science just an oil change. I waited over an hour and asked how it was coming she checked said they had it in. And about 30-40 min. She came back several minutes later and said they would have to get the oil del. And that would be about another 45 min. At that time i asked for her to pull it around which she did. She was nice not her fault. This is the third time Wyatt Johnson Toyota has jacked up my service . I go across the street to GMC after an appointment has been made im in and out in about 30 min. After my appointment time. If you had a -0- on your rating I'd proudly give u that. I your general manager wants to call me before I post your review to the world he's welcome to..
