After reviewing your call and vehicle history, it appears your vehicle had a minor accident that the previous owner did not disclose to their insurance company making it unknown to the CARFAX Vehicle History Report or us as the purchaser prior to you. We are completely transparent but can only disclose what we know and we were unaware of this accident prior to your call. Our Title Clerk has informed us (9/4/24) that your registration/tag should arrive today from the state. As you heard at your visit in June (when you purchased), dealership systems across the United States experienced a Cyber attack nationally causing hundreds of thousands companies to have limited access to finalize car purchases. The state has done everything they can to catch up and we hope to make the situation a bit better for you in the future. We are here to help each customer and apologize for the situation you are in. Please contact us with anything further and we'll do our best to help.
