My regular service consultant Bill Noe was not available due to an injury. Tom stepped into make arrangements for my regular vehicle service. When I arrived service was complete and they had even washed my vehicle. While settling the invoice I mention to Tom some issues I was having with my phone and the Sync System. He then arranged for the dealerships Sync Technician to work with me while there and my system was reset and now works well. Very friendly and quick service, which is why I often recommend Kistler to friends. More

My phone stopped connecting to my sync system in my 2011 Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler.
