I would recommend my car salesman. However the financial process was extremely disappointing. I had to submit income verification many times. I had a capital one approval before coming to the dealer and th process was extremely disappointing. I had to submit income verification many times. I faxed information and was told it was not received even though I had a confirmation that it was received. I was told by the financial person that the warranty was not included even though it was provided as part of the certification Carfax Toyota purchase. More

I bought my car at the end of August and within 10 weeks of having the car and driving it very little the drive shaft went and needed replacing. Yark had serviced the car pre sale and sold it without warran of having the car and driving it very little the drive shaft went and needed replacing. Yark had serviced the car pre sale and sold it without warranty and this was my 2nd issue requiring service within weeks of purchase. The first issue was that the oil cap had been incorrectly placed and the car dumped all the oil outside our house and needed towing back to Yark which they did cover but we had to pay to clean up the mess. With this second issue I am disappointed this was not seen at service pre sale as this is not something that just goes it will have been in disrepair and going bad over time and now it has cost me an additional $1500. We called them after diagnosing the issue ourselves and we were quoted $1200 and having no option as it was not able to be driven safely we took it in. The next day we were told they had incorrectly quoted me and it would now be $1500. They apologised but ultimately I had little choice but to suck it up. It has really took the shine off my purchase at this dealership as I would not have purchased the car with hindsight to be out of pocket so much money within a little over 2 months. The work has been completed to a good standard and they had the car in 5 days to do the work awaiting parts but I am really unhappy at the price given it was purchased so recently and clearly not checked over as well as it should have been. The only thing we anticipated was that it needed new brakes and after paying this huge job that is just more expenditure I don’t have now. Disappointing. More
