This relates only to service department. I was looking for a dealer to be my service provider for my toyota and I decided to use Yark because i had purchased a different car from them a few years earlier. for a dealer to be my service provider for my toyota and I decided to use Yark because i had purchased a different car from them a few years earlier. The advisor was pleasant enough and did the oil change and multi inspection and when i was checked out I was told everything was ok. I get in the car and a dash light was only. I pointed it out and they apologized and said the could diagnose it. I asked why didn't the service advisor tell me and offer to fix it before. I left and drove to Goodyear down the road who fixed the issue. This made me question everything they told me. More
