After inspection and diagnostic, we were unable to duplicate the noise concern you were having with your vehicle at the time of your appointment. As far as the headlights, they are not "peeling", and have a faint fog on the top portion of the headlamp assemblies. Through investigation with the extended warranty company, it was determined this is not a covered component. We recommend you reach out to the Toyota Customer Experience hotline at 1-800-331-4331.

This was my first and last Toyota I will ever buy then. If this is how I am treated right after picking up a “Certified” car I will no longer buy a Toyota brand vehicle. I even showed video and audio of the issue and it was still not resolved. Very disappointed in this company and the way its been handled starting from the “Lost” lug nut key that was conveniently left in the mechanics toolbox....
