Was in for 35K service. Just a tire rotation and overall inspection. Was told there was a recall for a reprogramming that needed completed. Above would take 45mins to an hour max. After two hours I was told the programming still wasn’t complete. I told them to just forget it as I didn’t have any more time and was now running late. If I was told two hours in the first place I could have made a decision based on that. Just need to be accurate in what the customers are told. More
