After speaking with management, your offer was for $10,500 Out-the-Door on a $12,000 vehicle. That means we would need to sell our vehicle for $9,600, which is not possible. We use live market pricing and our prices are based off of what the market determines.

It Took 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change!! Not a normal vist, but still ridiculous wait time! Did not wash car as part of the package either. Not sure what happened. Just VERY DISAPPOINTED!! More
