It Took 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change!! Not a normal vist, but still ridiculous wait time! Did not wash car as part of the package either. Not sure what happened. The salesman was good. Very engaged. I waited a day to take my vehicle home so he could have a chance to detail it. My car was filthy when I came back the next day to pick it up.
