It is convenient that this dealership accepted a personal check for payment. On the negative side, the vehicle was released to me without the floor mat retainer clips - a potential safety concern. I found this out when the mat suddenly slipped while driving. This oversight is all the more surprising on a certified vehicle - I doubt that missing retainer clips are up to the manufacturer certification standard. I left a voice mail with Chris Dupree about this, have yet to hear back after 2 weeks. More
